Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1.1 Full Refund – 100%

The client is entitled to a fu ll refund if the cancellation is requested 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled start of the tour.

 

1.2 Partial Refund – 50%

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

 

1.3 No Refund

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

 

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour,

  • Late arrivals,

  • No-shows,

  • Failure to meet participation requirements.

 

 

1.4 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.

The company reserves the right to reschedule or modify the tour due to weather conditions, operational factors, or safety concerns at no additional cost to the client.

 

 

2. Participant Risk Acknowledgment

By booking and participating in this tour, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

 

2.1 Assumption of Risk

Cycling activities and the use of electric bicycles involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, physical exertion, road conditions, and other unforeseen incidents.

The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

 

2.2 Release of Liability

The company — including its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and partners — shall not be held liable for:

 

  • Personal injuries, accidents, or death,

  • Loss or damage to personal property,

  • Medical or health emergencies during the tour,

  • Any incident resulting from participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, or unpredictable circumstances.

 

The participant agrees to waive, release, and discharge the company from any claim arising from their participation in the tour.

 

 

3. Insurance Requirements

3.1 Mandatory Travel or Medical Insurance

The participant is fully responsible for having valid travel and/or medical insurance that covers cycling activities, sports-related injuries, and emergency medical care.

 

 

3.2 The Company Does Not Provide Insurance

The company does not provide medical coverage, accident insurance, or insurance for personal belongings.

 

 

4. Safety Rules and Participant Responsibilities

The participant agrees to:

 

  • Wear the provided helmet and safety equipment at all times,

  • Follow all instructions given by the guide,

  • Obey traffic regulations and ride responsibly,

  • Inform the guide of any relevant medical condition,

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward other participants and the environment.

 

4.1 Responsibility for Equipment

The participant is financially responsible for any damage to the bicycle or equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional behavior.

 

 

5. Operational Terms

 

5.1 Weather or Safety Adjustments

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to adverse weather conditions, unsafe environments, or any factor that compromises group safety.

In such cases, the client may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date.

 

5.2 Punctuality

Participants must arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time.

The tour begins promptly, and late arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

 

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the reservation, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this Cancellation and Liability Policy.
